Leadership:

Spectrum Connections is a nonprofit organization founded by professionals and parents with over 20 years of direct service experience with youth and adults on the spectrum. The chief founding partners are Melva Radtke and Judy Logan.




Melva Radtke

  • Job Coach - Lionsgate AIM Transition Program
  • Five years in direct service and leadership roles - Autism Works
  • Co-founder of video modeling series middle school youth and teens - 9th Planet
  • Social skill instructor - Autism Society of Minnesota
  • Parent with 28 years of direct autism experience

As a parent and professional autism provider, I learned firsthand how the abrupt end of services after high school can take a negative toll on the independent living prospects of young autistic adults. I know we can do better by these amazing and talented youth.



Judy Logan

  • CPA with Masters in Nonprofit Management
  • Over 30 years of finance experience in all sectors
  • Parent with 25 years of direct autism experience

I appreciate the strengths and uniqueness of those living on the Spectrum! I want to build a community who appreciate and utilize the skills of these individuals whereby these individuals are living out the best of their abilities.



Alicia Reinke-Tuthill

As an advocate and disability services director, I see the challenges that college students on the autism spectrum experience daily. It is my passion to provide student’s ample opportunities and supports that appropriately meet their needs. Understanding and supporting their unique needs, strengths, and gifts allows them to build individual self-confidence and self-advocacy skills which we hope will lead to greater success in their educational, community, and employment journey.



Amanda Braith

Greg Lamothe

  • 20+ years of program and project management, IT, and talent acquisition
  • Board Member: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Man & Woman of the Year; Minnesota Talent & Recruiting Network (MNTRN)
  • Parent of 21 years with three children on the autism spectrum
  • My goal is to make the bridge to post-secondary education and/or the workforce as seamless as possible for those on the spectrum
